Make America Great Again is a battle cry borrowed from Reagan days by the Trump campaign.But military power and the nation’s health diverge considerably in what they each say about our readiness to assert world leadership.Perhaps the pull back from world leadership to the clam shell of America firstism is reflected by the abandonment of a coherent health care commitment(outside of congressional care).
