Inequity and Societal Reinvestment

I have been searching for examples of the reinvestment in societal good by the super rich. There have been many examples but there is little inevitability in it.Objet d’art are still disappearing from view and some disappearing objects are going from Syria and Iraq into hiding after funds are given to the despoilers of human history named Isis.A more benign example was that of the Orange County CA man whose million dollar man cave holds 20 million dollars worth of collectors cars which will never run more than a few feet.I fear that AT and the billionaire are correct.Greed is the norm and capitalism of all sorts despite an amazing potential for wealth production cannot determine it’s distribution.
The dialogue with the future continues. Some of us(genetically determined?)insist that the dialogue be between a present with 7.5 billion earth occupants of the globe in need of some form of world government to check deforestation, global warming, and loss of potable water. At the same time that nationalism is in the way of such government,it proves a better pathway than regional tribalism.A perfect “catch 22”.We need a world force to stamp out practitioners of an ideology of genocide. We are running out of time and the roseate view of the past that produces a “back to the future” ideology requires isolation and the use of force internally applied as well as externally to try, hopelessly,to stop and reverse time
